I live in Southern California and commute to the bay area for 8 to 10 days a month. Hotels are getting tiresome and I am willing to pay the extra each month to avoid the hassle. Can pay 6 months in advance, cash. I do not smoke, rarely drink and will only be here to work. While I don’t smoke and only have a glass of wine here and there, I don’t mind if others do. I like animals but won’t be bringing any. I am not allergic to cats or dogs. Quiet and tidy. I am very liberal and friendly, but will definitely be work focused while here. I do like to cook so use of a kitchen would be nice, but not required. Private bathroom preferred.
