Hi there! I am looking for a room to rent. My budget is up to 1400 a month plus utilities. I currently live in mission valley, and prefer to stay close by, but more so north park, hillcrest, city heights, normal hts, etc. The reason I am moving is my roommate’s boyfriend is moving in and taking over my lease. I have two really cool cats, they are 5 and 6 years old and they are my babies. One of them is very shy you will rarely ever see, the other one is kind of like a golden retriever that looks like a cute cat. It’s hard to find a place with good people that allow cats. I am super OCD about the litter box and would keep it in my room. I am a lesbian, so I need to find something LGBT friendly. I don’t drink, I’ve been sober for 10 years. I do smoke weed, only from a vape pen though and only before bed. I am respectful, friendly and I am in a good place in my life and am looking for a good fit. Ideally I would like to live with a person/people who we could be somewhat friends.
