I go back and forth between Tennessee where my family lives and Florida where i moved a couple years ago. I’m taking classes online and working part time and looking for a full time job as we speak. My mom and I have our own cleaning business also and she spends half her time in TN and half down here. My mom and dad have a house in Tennessee but she has been spending half of her time down here in Florida for the past 7 years so Ideally it would great if I could find somewhere for the both of us to stay. She doesn’t spend enough time down here to pay for a room every month for herself so wherever I decide to move, I’d like to be able to have her stay with me when she’s here. We aren’t homebodies and will be gone most of the day. We have a 13 year old 20 lb service dog named Marley who goes with us everywhere we go and has been with my mom while I’ve been in the process of moving. We would be ok paying a little more when she is in town since there would be a second person using the water and utilities. we are SUPER clean and quiet. Both of us are easy to get along with and respectful of other people’s homes and belongings. I don’t have any kids. I need somewhere to stay when I’m in Tennessee and also Florida so I’m currently looking for something affordable in both places. My budget is $500-$850 per month.
