Respectful and clean. I do have 2 boys, but they are well behaved and only with part time. Most of the time it’s only my 10 year old who stays all weekend. I dont have pets and prefer a pet free home (unless you keep everything clean and the pets are quiet). I work remotely so Im home quite a bit. Im quiet and need someone who’s quiet as well. I dont smoke anything, dont party, etc.
