Quiet if need be, outgoing, fun, silly. Don’t smoke or drugs. Do like to relax with a beer or cocktail during off work hours. Would consider longer term if the vibe is good and the other tenants all mesh well. Prefer condo or apartment style . Due to the fact I love to lay near a pool and relax. Monthly is negotiable. Work out of Excalibur 90% of my work week, preferably closer to that area.
