My name is Brandon! I am service technician/equipment installer with a very good company. Previous I have been doing electromechanical work and IT work, so basically if anything breaks, don’t throw it away, I’ll probably be able to fix it… I don’t smoke the devil’s lettuce, but I do not care if you do, as long as it doesn’t perpetuate throughout the home, so preferably an outside activity. I drink on really rare occasions, and that is almost never at my house. If I do drink, I almost never get inebriated. (I say “almost never” because I don’t like dealing in absolutes, but trust me, you’ll have an easier time catching the Easter bunny than me passed out drunk.) I am clean and keep to myself but am extremely friendly and warm hearted. If you want to chat and be friends, I will be totally down! If you want to keep it separate, I will be able to accommodate whatever you prefer! I LOVE live music, live comedy shows, and being around good people. I have two kids I see every other weekend and would like to have them stay with me every other weekend overnight. They would be staying in my room at night, but I do not want to coop them up in there, so hopefully we can make ground rules or an agreement. They follow rules very well, surprisingly, being that they are children… but if I throw a reward at the end of the list of rules, you can consider them unbreakable. They are very well behaved and respectful. Damon is a boy and is 6, and his older sister is Caroline and she is 10! Damon loves to play soccer, video games, and watch movies with his daddy (me haha), and Caroline is a beautiful dancer who loves playing video games (Roblox), playing with toys, and of course watching movies with her daddy (again, me!). I will always have rent on time. The reason I am looking to rent a room so I can get my financial situation back where it needs to be and save money. I went through a divorce a few years back and yada yada yada… I need to bring life back into my savings account.
