I am an easy-going, clean, respectful and quiet tenant, responsible with paying rent & bills. I do have an 8yr old female dog, who is a Certified Emotional Support animal, due to me having a Neurological Disorder (but no worries, it’s pretty well under-control, so there’s no ‘medical episodes’ or anything..)- but my dog must be allowed to live with me. She is kennel trained, has a bark collar and is a very clean/well-kept and well-mannered dog; honestly, unless you see her you won’t even know she’s there..same goes for me too really, lol, as I am so quiet/keep to myself…i love to sleep, unless I have to work that day obviously. Also, I do have 2 teenage children, but they would only be visiting 1 maybe 2weekends a month, but not normally at the same time.. they are also well behaved and respectful!! I do prefer female only roommates, please :-) Looking forward to finding a place in Ontario County ASAP, as I have a few different jobs waiting for me there…. :-)
