In short I’m a active make who exercises regularly given weights and barbells I own.

Big on my desktop I’ve built so I’d need to be close or wired into a modem given cables I’ve got. (I can also pitch into making the net uncapped for higher speeds etc) on top of being a night owl given my hours of work.

Outside of that I clean, cook and clean dishes I use, am negotiable to cleaning bathrooms etc weekly and so forth. On top or pitching in for food or anything else if need be.

Not much of a party person or smoker.

Currently looking for a room or roomies within the area of San Pablo, Hilltop, Pinole, and El Sobrante.
