Hi 👋 I’m looking for a room or someone to rent a apartment with/ roommate. preferably a furnished place but can rebuild. Near the Hudson/New Port Richey Area. I’m single, clean, have my own car and steady verifiable income. I’m allergic too most animals (but love them) so I would need a place without them (unless there are hardwood floors and the owner keeps it clean. Then they don’t bother me) I’m 420 friendly as long as any smoking is done outside. I love music and have it on most of the day, not loud, just prefer music to TV. TV at night, usually movies. I love too cook & am a good roommate/team player. If your looking for a relationship pass me by.
