Mercedes

I am a middle school teacher working in downtown Durham. I enjoy reading, watching TV, board games, and going on walks. Prefer a night in over a night out, and usually in bed by 9:30ish. I would prefer someone who does not smoke. I’m pretty easy-going and appreciate open communications when issues do arise. I also have a 4 year old terrier mix!

My current roommate is moving out in June, and I would be either happy to renew the lease (2BR 1B 8 minutes away from Duke and downtown) or find a new place!
