I am very good at keeping a clean and organized house. I can do many common household chores efficiently, like dishes, laundry, tidying, etc. I am not a big drinker or partier, but I do smoke medical Marijuana for my Tourette Syndrome. My tourettes does not greatly impact my life in a negative way, and I don’t have many loud or disruptive tics. I have a full couch set, which is very big and barely used, as well as a TV. I have kitchen supplies I am willing to share, and all I ask in return is a roommate who is willing to split chores fairly, and is okay with Marijuana in the house :) I have a cat who is very sweet but shy, but I am not sure how he is around other animals.
