I am a 31 year old female who works Night Shift at two different hospitals in LA. I work five days a week, 12 hour shifts, usually awake during the night and asleep during the day with my night schedule. I come with a peloton bike that I use quite religiously, but can use headphones if noise is an issue. I don’t have anything really else! I love work and I love my physical fitness!
