Middle aged guy, really active (gym several times a week), no pets/no kids. I’ve been working for USDOT for 23 years so I have stable employment. I also have to pass a public trust background clearance so no issues with criminal records. No drugs, non smoker, social drinker. I’m not a big partier so a quiet living arrangement would be great. I also work 100% remote from home. Also to note, I would rather split a $3-4k month rent with just one other person than have a home full of people in every bedroom.
