Must have full washer and dryer, refrigerator and ability for light cooking. Looking for a place with no pets, no smoking of legal or illegal substance, I am NOT 4/20 friendly, no loud music. I am friendly and sociable, but tend to keep to myself.

My budget is between $1,100 -1,300 with all utilities included, including high speed internet. I am a quiet individual, no drama and looking for the same. I am looking for a minimum of a one year lease to begin July 1 and preferably a female landlord or couple. No single males. References from previous tenants requested.
