My high tech startup company is relocating from San Jose, and I need a place for 6 months to a year while I decide whether or not to relocate my whole household. Prefer one unfurnished room with private bath and a garage space, but open to alternatives. In about a year I might buy or rent a Riverside residence, perhaps with space for roommates. Or I might like traveling monthly. Parking off-street is a requirement; a driveway or assigned lot space is good enough. Our new office is near Iowa and Columbia; the commute must be no more than 20 minutes each way.
