Hi Everyone! I am seeking a private bedroom in the San Fernando Valley (Studio City, North Hollywood, Burbank, Atwater Village,etc.). My budget is currently $1,300 max (including utilities and parking (if street parking is not easy)). Preferably unfurnished as much have my own bed and all ready.

I am born and raised in the valley, like to keep to myself, maybe host a game night every few months, work mostly from home and often cook at home, am open to living with pets but prefer a non-smoking, hypoallergenic household (mild asthmatic). I work in entertainment full-time and hope to room with someone who also earns a consistent income. I love comedy, gardens, coffee, cooking, chocolate, animals, exploring, tv/movies, food, and am sober (not because of addiction, just didn’t ever get into any of it and milkshakes are just better and cheaper, ya know? I may be a food addict.).
