I would be and I am an excellent roommate, I am clean, respectful of one’s personal space. I am hardly ever home. I work 3 jobs all night shift and own a cake business. I am also a nursing student. I have one grown son 25 yrs old, who checks on me by phone every day. I am a non-smoker, no pets, no overnight guest. I might have a glass a wine if I’m ever at home which is far few and in between. If and when I do get a chance to sleep it’s during the day for roughly about 1-4hrs depending on my schedule.
