Looking to find someone to team up with for a move-in date around 4/25. I’m also seeking to have my own bathroom and not a shared one.

I’m mainly looking for a roommate that is able to pay bills on time, is relatively quiet after 10pm during the week, and doesn’t smoke cigarettes (I’m highly sensitive to cigarette smoke).

I have some flexibility, but I’d like to stay under $1500.

I have a small, hypoallergenic dog and maintain a clean, respectful environment. My dog is housebroken and is generally well behaved.

I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and prioritize cleanliness. I mostly either work, go to the gym, ride my bike, or go to fitness classes.
