I’m Amanda. I am originally from Upstate NY but have lived in Virginia Beach area over 20 years. My friends would describe me as easy-going, independent and spontaneous. In my free time I like to spend time outside, either alone or with others. I am a busy professional who works on weekends. I have more free time during the week.
My work hours varies due to my job and isn’t the typical 9-5 routine. During the week I generally go to bed by 10:30pm and rise around 7am. On the weekends, I stay up a little bit later and rise later as well.
I can be a social person but do value alone time to recharge my batteries. I am looking for someone who prefers a neat and tidy environment and cleans up after themselves. I do my dishes everyday and put my belongings away when I get home. My monthly budget is between $800 - $1000. I am only considering the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach at this time to live in. I do prefer a quieter environment, especially in the later evening as I head to bed. A great nights sleep is important to me. I am a non-smoker and don’t want to live with smokers. I also have pet allergies so I am unable to live with anyone with pets. I love discovering new restaurants and IPAs to enjoy.
