I am a single dad looking for a roommate. My two kids (ages 8 and 5) will be staying with me every other weekend. Since my kids will be staying over on some weekends I would feel more comfortable with a female roommate. I know this is probably a tough sell, but hopefully there is a female out there in a similar situation looking for a roommate to help cut down with monthly costs. I am willing to pay more than half the rent price if you don’t have kids staying with you. I consider myself a respectful, clean and easy going guy. I don’t have any pets, don’t smoke, and only drink occasionally. I will be out of the apartment from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. on weekdays. Reach out if interested. Thanks for reading.
