Howdy friends! We’re Isaac and Liz, and we’re looking for a place to call home with our sweet Frenchie, Nala.

A little about us. We’re friendly, calm, laid-back people who enjoy good food, sports, spending time outdoors, and a fun game night with friends. We’re both respectful, clean, and believe in treating the place we live as if it were our own. We value open communication, being considerate neighbors, and creating a peaceful home environment.

We’re both currently enrolled at Santa Rosa Junior College while working, and we’re looking for a place where we can settle in for at least a year, if not longer. Ideally, we’re hoping to find an apartment, ADU, guest house, cottage, or similar space. We’re also open to renting a spacious master bedroom or two separate bedrooms if available. In that case, would use one as our bedroom and the other as a dedicated office and study space.

Our pup, Nala, is a well-behaved, house-trained French Bulldog who is quiet, affectionate, and happiest going for walks or taking naps. She’s truly part of our little family.

Our budget is up to $1,800-$2000 per month, including utilities. We’re happy to provide proof of income, references, or answer any questions you may have.
