I have no kids. I rarely drink, don’t smoke anything and am a homebody usually who just hangs out at home watching tv and surfing the internet. I’m looking for an affordable UNFURNISHED place to rent. I work in child welfare, so I obviously have a steady income but I also live paycheck to paycheck and don’t have anything to put down for security + deposit + blah blah blah. I have always gotten my deposits back! I have no criminal record or evictions and I don’t smoke cigarettes or weed… I just live paycheck to paycheck and am looking for an understanding landlord that treats people like people. I’m also a life coach and trying to put together my own business.

**I’m HIGHLY allergic to cats and all smoke! Additionally, I’m a middle of the road conservative but don’t want to be around anyone who is a political zealot on either side. If you watch 4 hours a day of politics I’d rather not be Roomies. Thanks
