Hi! my name is christian ( 19 years old ) lm looking to move into the following areas asap, I’m looking to move anywhere in Tampa, Riverview, Ruskin, Brandon, bradenton, plant city, saint Petersburg, Clearwater, or apollo beach. I’m looking for a long term roommate that is planning on going to college, or to help someone that is in college to find a good place and environment for them ( I mostly prefer this but don’t necessarily require this ). I would also like a roommate that is able to be responsible ( with both money and chores ), respect boundaries and generally each other, someone that is good at understanding and listening, also someone that is good at communicating with others without jumping to conclusions first, and lastly someone that can and will make compromises when needed. And one last thing I may consider finding a 3rd roommate if it helps with finding an apartment to live at, so please do keep that in mind but I’ll make sure to communicate that before proceeding with anything. I may also consider finding a 1 bedroom apartment ( or 2 bedroom apartment if we find a third roommate ) and either use the living room as a bedroom area, due to the costs of rent. If I do decide to do that I’ll make sure to communicate that, and we can decide who will sleep in living room and who have the bedroom. As for me I am generally clean, quiet but may become a little social once I get to know a person, I am also responsible with how I make money and make sure most of it goes into necessities before anything else, and lastly I’m also somewhat of an easy going person as well. I’m very understanding of others and respect any boundaries they have, I’m also accepting of others, and lastly I’m also pretty good at communicating and setting boundaries when needed. I like to read whenever I have the time to but generally in my spare time I either relax or enjoy doing my hobbies. I’m open to being friends however I’m selective with who I’m friends with, and I also like to take my time getting to know someone before I do consider someone my friend. Lastly anything below $600 for budgeting I probably won’t be able to work with, but anything at $600 or closer towards my budget is more than okay for me. As long as the apartment is in a decent/good area with good pricing that’s all that matters to me.
