I am a retired, college educated, single, straight, conservative male who is respectful of others and their property. I do not smoke or have pets. I do not do drugs. I play guitar and it’s important that I be able to do that and watch tv without disturbing others. My credit is bad but I am never late with rent. I can show proof of that. I have a clean criminal background. I even past for Lockhead Martin missle branch. I am seeking a room where I can have some privacy and my own bathroom and no lease and in a living situation where I’m not obligated to wear a mask when another virus scare comes.
