My name is Alicia. I’m looking to renting a place/room. I am passing through a major transition. I’m 40 years old and I’m a very laid back person. I enjoy good quiet down time. I don’t smoke, have no children & no pets. I am looking to rent a place/room asap. An estimate between $400-$800. But between $400 - $700 would be better.

Questions, is the place/room still available? Is this a month to month to rent or leasing it for a year? Also, what is all included in the rent?
