32 y/o single woman looking to team up and find a 2b 2b apartment or join an existing lease around mid-July in the Allen/McKinney/Plano/Richardson/Carrollton part of DFW preferably. I’d like to be all-in at about $1,000 or less per month. I have a 40lb, weekly groomed, housetrained dog that would be there a few nights a week.

I’m looking for an ensuite room - either the master or a secondary so long as it’s an ensuite. I need a balcony or backyard, plenty of kitchen space, and easy parking.

I don’t care about gender or sexual orientation, but I’m absolutely not interested in debating politics or religion (I’m a liberal atheist). I’m an exceptionally clean person and I’d like to live with someone likeminded in that regard. I work remote and I’m a homebody, so I’ll be home a lot. I’m happy to be friends or just coexist – either works for me.

I’m not a partier but I am a night owl. I sleep absolutely dead to the world, so you won’t wake me unless you get really crazy and I’ll be respectful of your sleep schedule as well.

I’m an excellent cook if you’re interested in sharing the occasional meal. I have kitchen equipment, furniture (no couch), a dryer (no washer), and décor if needed but I’ll be keeping a storage unit as well so I can also leave it there if it’s not needed. I’m cool with dogs, cats, and anything else that doesn’t stink or have accidents. I am absolutely not ok with snakes or spiders.

I’m currently traveling and will not be back to Texas until mid-July so I can’t meet in person before July 16th but would like to have something settled and ready for when I return to the US.
