I am starting training this May in Idaho Springs , as a zipline tour guide. I currently live in the Belmar area of Lakewood and have exhausted my original lease and am now living on a month to month basis. I do have 2 medical certified working animals with all credentials and paperwork as proof. They are extremely well behaved, sweet and clean. I am a honest person, I am a hard worker. My favorite thing is spending time hiking and camping in the mountains so between my passion and work, I would be very rarely seen around the house. Whenever I do spend time at home I love to cook and will forever pull my share of, if not more than my share of housework, inside and out. I am extremely chill - no drama- As well as exceptionally understanding to those around me. I make a serious effort, daily, into finding ways to put positivity out into the world. I have and endless list of referrals from current friends (new and old) as well as any/all ex-boyfriends- who would attest to my genuine heart, honest and straight forward nature. I have never had an eviction. I have never left a rental property owing anyone money- and again could give you a list of any/all past landlords who would be more than happy to confirm everything I have stated.
