Wichita isn’t working out for me any longer and I’m hoping to explore for opportunity and meet new people in OPKS.. I’ve always liked it there and so I’m going to be up there soon.

I don’t want to be around any chaos or maniacs or anything. No political or religious nuts, please 🙏 Me, I need some peace for once. I am only interested in working and saving and finding solid real estate and business mentorship. I’m pretty boring 😴 but I tend to brighten everyone’s day

My IQ was once massively high and so I’m sort of boring, at times. I watch boring programs and I don’t know who most celebrities are and I have no idea about video games or sporting events.

My homes were stolen a couple of years ago along with my vehicles and savings (by a loved one) and so I’m rebuilding like a dummy for now but I plan to open sober living houses at some point. That’s one of my main goals. I am living for purpose over pleasure. I know a good bit about about real estate and resale and marketing. I’m adept at and proficient in negotiating and problem solving.

Tenancy could become semi permanent, I’d say. I’m a recovery person and everyone thinks that being at a hotel will be bad for me. I don’t know, I just prefer to be anywhere QUIET and calm and clean 🙂 saving money is a priority for now 🙂

I’m very loyal and considerate and trustworthy .. I’ve got references .. #ONELOVE .. I get along with everyone from any background or culture or gender or race or etc 💯

I seem to get along the best with older males or women.. especially Military 🪖 people.. anyone mature and reasonable will like me just fine 🙂 women tend to enjoy having me around because I’m not lame at all and I’m respectful and I am a sweetheart 🙂 I don’t cause any of the usual problems most tenants will

Me, I do love animals and most children, but I don’t like barking or other chaos due to PTSD. My apologies for any inconvenience on that one. I adore cats 🐈 ❤️
