I’m a part time student studying Automotive Technology at Triton College and employed by FedEx (Ground) which I work between the Niles location and Bedford Park location. So my daily routine weekdays consists of being out and about from 5am till as late as midnight, give or take. I am also a father to a 9yr old daughter who is temporarily staying with her mom until I finish school.

LANDLORD(S): Currently, I’m in a financial bind and I’m looking to work out a deal (Month-to-Month) in which I can pay in weekly increments to equal the total monthly rent (I get paid weekly from FedEx and my financial “safe zone” is approximately $200/wk. - I’m using the company’s Tuition Reimbursement Program to be able to go to school so I’m pretty stuck there making crap pay until I complete my studies.)

ROOMIES: If you’re looking to team up, I’m gonna be flat out honest: I like clean, private, responsible and no-nonsense people. You will clean up after yourselves, our (potential) place will not be a trap house for drugs/drug use or parties (having company is fine - whatever you do is your business and I could care less - but I’m not gonna tolerate noise and stuff that could disturb any other neighbors after hours; and I’m not gonna deal with nobody’s complaints). I’m really a down to earth person and forgive me if anything I mentioned makes me sound like a “tight ass”; but if you don’t think I’m the roommate for you, then keep scrolling, kiddo.
