Hi! My name is Anita and I’m a working professional, and WFH as a franchise sales executive in the senior care industry. I just moved to Jacksonville from Fort Myers and looking for a long-term rental situation, preferably 12 months, but will consider shorter. I am a nonsmoker, have four adult children and very active going on hikes and to the beach with my Springer Spaniel.

I’m looking for the someone similar - professional, tidy, respectful. On the cleanliness scale, I’m right in the middle, no OCD issues but I do like to keep things clean, no food lying around, etc. It’s just necessary to keep the bugs under control in Florida!

I don’t smoke and never have. I might drink for special occasions, but abstain more for health reasons. I don’t mind if you drink and I’m 420 friendly, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your life!
