I’m a man looking to downsize lifestyle to save money and eliminate debt. I have a stable job as a driver with UPS, working ~50 hours per week. I don’t smoke and I rarely drink. I don’t like to party. I moonlight as a music producer, so the most you’ll have to deal with is some bass, but I have headphones and I know how to use them. I do have a 4 year old daughter, but she lives with her mother. Because of the demands of my job, you’ll likely only will see her on the weekends from time to time. Otherwise, I’m pretty lowkey and easy going.
