Hello, Universe (and Future Roommate),

I am putting my room search out into the universe to see what comes back… I am always surprised by what happens when I do.

So I am from San Diego, Oceanside CA actually, but decided that I needed a change so I moved out here to see what happens… Plus, Scuba Diving in Southern Florida is the best. And Who doesn’t love Key West at every opportunity you get? And the beaches are pretty delightful as well. So I moved across the Country after selling everything to minimize my footprint.

I would love to live close to the beaches and boats somewhere within the area of St Pete so if you live in the general area and want to have the best roommate you can possibly imagine, email me, and let’s set up a time to talk… I feel like the roommate vibe is most important. Plus if you have ever wanted to go to Burning Man, which is on this year’s agenda, we can call it a bonding experience $ on me… I hear you meet the most amazing souls. I am taking my company as a bonding experience plus to rub shoulders with the creative minds in Silicon Valley, so we have tickets to give.

I work incessantly in the Tech/Renewable Energy Industry as the Director of Sales and Marketing Nationwide (We are Going International this year too) with amazing people and together we commercialize new patented technology. So I have to travel a lot, in fact starting in May I will be out of town at least half of the time, every other week attending and putting on Trade Shows and showing our discoveries to the world. So when I get home, I love just relaxing and hanging out with my friends.

I am also getting back into the documentary/Film making industry… so that is also on the horizon. And that adventure is so much fun too.

I would love to have a cool backyard with a pool, I will help bring that to life. Plus I am an amazing cook — seriously mouth-watering delicious. So you will get fed the best cuisines, plus cooking is my happy place. Brunches are pretty much an equally happy place, so we will have many brunches. Hence, the importance of living close to things, and a beach view just makes things more magical, so I would love to be close to the beach. I just need a bedroom to call my own, a place to lay my head in the evenings when I am around.
