Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private room in the La Jolla/UTC area ASAP, preferably furnished and month-to-month. I AM STAYING MINIMUM 4 months up to a year

I’m a recent UCSD grad and currently looking for a place to stay while I search for a job. I’ll mostly be in the library/on campus, so I really just need a quiet and stable place for the time being.

A little about me: I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and pretty low-key. I don’t smoke, and I only drink occasionally on special occasions. I’m fine with a social household, as long as things don’t get too disruptive.
