I am a gay man looking to join forces in an apartment search with a mature and chill potential roommate. Ideally, we would find a nice 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Really interested in mid-rise or high-rise buildings with a gym and community working space, but I am not married to that at all. I can spend up to $1500 on rent.
