Exclusively looking in the downtown area - preferably Flats on Front or the new Metropolitan at the Riverwalk building! I graduated from UNCW in ‘21 and have been working in film locally ever since. I’m very clean, love decorating/having a nice space, watching movies, working out, and definitely interested in a new roommate also being a new friend! Sadly allergic to cats (entirely) but some dog breeds I do well around - and love all dogs! I do have a boyfriend of 4 years who will need to live with me for some months out of the lease due to also working locally in film. We live together at the moment with 2 other roommates and they have no complaints - we’re very respectful, fun, and he’s happy to have a new a friend, too! I currently work remote, but if I’m working in town on a film I’ll be gone for the majority of the day/night. Also want to note that you’ll pretty much have the place to yourself in the Dec/Jan/Feb (approx. - not guaranteed) due to a major surgery I’m having. *want to clarify that I’m a 420 smoker but wouldn’t be happy living with a nicotine smoker (actual smoking) because of my asthma & general dislike of the smell lol
