My brother and I are hoping to team up and get a house in this area. We’re both working professionals (health care and management/finance) and I’m working towards grad school. We both enjoy cooking, hiking, movies, games, (all the Colorado things). the days of college frat parties are done for us, but love having a few friends over for a game night or BBQ. We keep a very clean house, and we’re usually at the gym, church on Sundays, or various activities around the city on our days off. We’re looking for a house so we can have room for a dog. Unfortunately no cats cause of allergies. Btw our budget is ~1000 each
