Hi, I’m Dan, I’m 47, single ( drama free ) looking for a room to rent, I’m down to earth, humble, easy to get along with, I’m a movie buff, love snacking & watching movies, love photography & archery, I can be handy around the house and don’t mind helping with chores ( garbage, recycling, etc. ) I work nights at a warehouse as a forklift driver and sleep during the day, so I won’t be a bother. P.S. If it’s not too much to ask, I would greatly appreciate it if the utilities were included in the rent, thank you in advance :)
