Hey! I currently live in Clairemont with a couple in a small 2 bedroom and both of our pups, which isnt ideal and given the size of the apartment i feel like a guest in someone else’s home. So i am looking for room for rent and would like to find a great new home for me and my dog River. River is a 4yr old super mellow collie/pointer blend and she will melt your heart. She is also fully potty trained and house trained and has never had an accident in my current apartment. For work I am a manager full time at a marketing agency located in carmel valley/rancho area. I work long 12hr days but have 3 or 4 day weekends every other week. When im not working Im usually at the beach surfing, hiking or at the park with my dog. beside that I like to just relax, listen to music, read and chill, I am not a big partier but do enjoy occasionally going for a cocktail and playing a game of pool. I like to keep a tidy/clean space to come home to after work and im hoping to find like minded people who are responsible and mindful of others in there living situation.
