I’m a 24 year old female who is looking for a roommate in Salt Lake. I currently live in a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment in Foothill (15 min from the U of U!) and my lease renews on June 1st for 12 months. Previous roommates have moved out and I need another roommate or two for at least a year.

Ideally I’d love someone I can become friends with rather than just coexist with but if we don’t interact a lot then that’s fine too. For safety reasons, I want another female roommate or a couple open to sharing their room between themselves.

For me, I can be quiet and introverted and I prefer to spend my free time at home watching movies, anime, and playing video games but I also like to hang out with my friends a lot. I’m not a party person at all and do not want parties hosted at the apartment.

I have two cats that live with me. I’m open to my roommate having any kind of pet, as long as they get along with my cats (who are very friendly!) and are picked up after. I don’t mind if my roommate smokes but they cannot do it inside.

I’m very clean and clean up after my pets as well. I’m responsible with bills and respectful of others’ spaces, boundaries, and property and am looking for someone who will be the same way to me and who will help take care of the shared living space.

Apartment Info: Foothill Place Apartments -2 bed, 2 bath -Pet rent: $50 per pet per month -Monthly payments: $1,060 base rent/utilities EACH + electric (fluctuates around $100 total) and internet ($70 total) -Larger bedroom available for new roommate -Free parking for roommate (I pay parking and get covered spot)
