I’m a brazilian athlete and entrepreneur. Just started a business months ago and all I do is work and workout. Looking for the most affordable place possible, since I don’t really need much and I’m gathering the most resources I can to grow my business. Really chill and good with people. Very respectful.

I just go home to sleep, eat, or work in my notebook. All I need is a place to lay a mattress and a kitchen to cook and eat. I only got 2 specific needs: 1- Location, has to be somewhere between Katy and the inside loop border, close to I10 West or Westheimer. 2- Washer and dryer: my business is vacation rentals, so I often will be washing bed sheets and towels. Will help with the water bill separatedly if needed.
