My husband and I are selling our home in the area. We will spend most of the time with our family in SW FL, but we would like to have a continued presence in the area for relaxation, doctors’ appointments, visiting friends, etc. We wouldn’t be around a lot most months, but we would love to have a home to come to in the area when we choose. Our little dog is old (12), clean, nice-smelling, well cared for, and quiet. She is not any kind of problem. It would be nice to continue with our current veterinarian for her last couple of years. We would be long term, quiet residents who need only use of a refrigerator, microwave, and our own bath. We would spend time at home mostly reading and watching some movies on television. We would pay our rent on time without hesitancy month by month. We are considerate, responsible, conscientious, and mature adults. Please consider us to rent to, and call any time
