i’m currently a part time student who is in search of a job but is looking to move out as soon as possible. I am a very tidy roommate, I don’t mind cleaning (ie dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.) and I live a very quiet life, usually in my room and i never really have company over. I do have a cat but he is an emotional support animal so I will not live anywhere cats are not allowed. I don’t mind a roommate who drinks/smokes.
