Hey! My boyfriend and I are looking for a place to rent ideally in Layton, but we’re willing to head north or south from there ~30 mins or so for the right living situation. Our budget for rent with utilities (power, gas, internet, everything included) is abouttt $1500 a month as we are both looking into going back to school. We are looking to rent a basement/ additional dwelling unit/ mother-in-law’s apartment situation with a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry; an outdoor backyard space or patio would be an amazing bonus. We both work full-time and we have an ESA who is very sweet and up-to-date on all his vaccinations. We’re comfortable with animals, kids, and love chatting with anyone we meet although I’m admittedly more of an introvert than he is. I consider both of us to be very responsible renters who take care of our living space and prioritize paying rent on time, if not early.
