I’m Cali sober and clean up after myself. If we can be friends that’s cool, if not I’ll mostly keep to myself because I have a pretty busy schedule. Right now I’m just trying to get my life back on track, so drama-free is a must. You pay your share and I’ll pay mine, common areas stay clean, etc etc.

I have two cats and they’re both friendly, neutered, and well-behaved- no marking or otherwise making outside of their sandbox. One does has a very strong personality though, so if you have territorial cats, it likely won’t work out well.
