Youn-Mi

I’m a Trainer at the CalFit in Carmichael and it would be nice to be closer to work. I come with a 7-year-old 50% of the time and a little Maltipoo named Noodles. I’ve been on my own and have worked for everything I have in life, and am just kinda tired of constant hustle. My rent + utilities is like $2K before I even think about a car note! I work so much I feel like I’m paying for a really expensive closet!

So I’m exploring to see if I can find a cool place I’d vibe with. I don’t smoke weed or do drugs, I’m a mom so I’m responsible. I don’t date so random boyfriends is not a concern. I’m pretty much mom and business focused! So I’m looking for the same energy!

I haven’t lived with anyone but my son for years because I can’t stand drama. I’m super friendly, and have a pretty strong following at my job, so I’m easy to get along with. But for the most part, I’m never home!

My son is an ADHD kid and I’m not the mom who believes in medications. I believe ADHD is a gift when understood, he reads at a 5th grade level tests off the charts academically, he gets bored, I refuse to see that as a problem. So I keep him active on purpose. I literally run the energy out of him! So aside from music in the morning when we wake up and get ready to leave, the most noise we make is his bedtime routine: shower, story, bed.

I had an ad up to rent out my other room in my apartment, but couldn’t find anyone worth renting to. So I’m giving this a shot to see if it may be easier to find someone I vibe with the other way around. I’m just lookin for a chill place to rent and to keep to myself and my boy. He’s my best friend so his well being is ALWAYS my first priority. I hope that helps you feel more comfortable with me.
