31 yr old Male. I’m a nursing student at Arizona College of Nursing and reservist in the Navy. Relocating to AZ post-divorce and looking for a calm environment to focus on my progression with work and school. I’m not a Scrooge and would welcome friends and a social environment. 1000% willing to help and contribute around the house as needed and will always maintain my own space’s cleanliness. My credit is bad as I’m still recovering post-divorce, it’s just been a problem getting approved for a place, but my income and ability to pay bills is not a problem.
