Hello, My name is Jacoby Mosby — I go by Coby for short. I came across your room for rent and imagine you’re sorting through a number of inquiries, but feel like this could be a mutually great fit.
A little about myself. I am a dancer, actor and singer. I teach dance for a living at a few different studios and schools, most notably at Millennium Dance Complex in Studio City. My hours of work vary but stretch from Monday - Saturday. The latest I teach to is 9pm. I’m one to come home, cook myself somthing small, maybe have a glass of wine and stretch, listen to vinyl records, or watch TV.
I’m an outgoing guy and very social in my classes, so I’m also comfortable chilling by myself at home. I love dance, choreography, music and football — go chiefs!!! I love my mornings so I’m always up by around 8:30 and usually head the gym about 4-5 times a week.
Is the room still available? What type of lease are you open to (12 month, month to month, etc)? Thanks for your consideration.
