Athletic, outdoorsy, in Vail area since 2017 but lived in Breck and Boulder, Seattle, and California Central Coast (Santa Barbara and north) before that. Road cyclist in summer; Nordic skier in winter; gym year round. Clean and friendly while also respectful. Gone a lot, travel a lot, write a lot, like to cook or bake occasionally. New buyers / landlords of current 5-apartment building in West Vail will be kicking out all tenants as of May 31st (to “remodel”), but I strongly prefer to move NOW or SOON, so as to get settled ASAP (vacate date negotiable with current landlords).
