I am respectful, positive, upbeat by nature. I can be very social, but require much time in a quiet zone for my various creative pursuits and work. I tend to assume that people need their space just as I do, yet am usually open to connecting and having some friendly conversation if / when the moments are right for all concerned. Though I’m a musician, I don’t make much noise in general. Much of my work is on headphones, and the rest of it is mostly quiet strumming, picking and/or soft singing. Nothing louder than a normal “background” radio volume. [ I would be open to consider some level of barter…though much of what I do (especially with “sound healing” and such) is truly unique and “priceless”. according to quite a few happy past recipients.]

(Some very unique distinctives: One big plus for me would be some place to park my older [36 ft.] motorhome… and being with people who are more heart-centered [If you even know what that might mean is a great start!] , and get the notion of honoring the essence, or “spirit” of the person…as I do nearly always, instinctively.
* The fact that I ‘present as“ female especially when doing my “visual art or language teaching work would need to be accepted as part of “the package” (which puts me in the category of “trans”… though it mostly seems to be a big part of my spiritual life journey, [as “twin spirit”] and an essential ingredient for being in my best, joy-fully creative mode… though it’s part of much more.
* Being in the Catalina foothills area…or even over on the Oro valley side seems to contribute to my creative instincts, and would love to find a unique place / arrangement close to those mountains that seem to soothe and inner-gize me quite a bit.)
