I am a 32 year old physician moving from Minneapolis MN to Los Angeles CA to work at UCLA.

During the week I am onsite ~ 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days a week with weekends off. After getting home from work, I usually work out and wind down for the night. On weekends I like to go for long runs, hikes and socialize with drinks and food.

I am looking for a place hopefully close to the beach given I am a very active runner, biker and just bought a new surf board. I have no connections in LA so an ideal roommate would have similar interests and be willing to show me around but not a necessity.

I have lived with many types of roommates in the past (men, women, straight, gay, doctors, artists) and feel like I’m a pretty easy going person who gets along with anybody but I would be happy to provide references if asked. For the past 3 years I have lived alone while renovating a one bedroom condo.
